Junior Accountant
Level: Intern/Student · Reference: 11/324 · Salary: PLN 2,560–4,000 gross per month (part-time)
Are you studying finance, accounting or economics, or do you dream of working in accounting? You can start your career in the accounting team of a modern tax and law firm.
Responsibilities
- Accounting: coding VAT invoices (purchase/sales), bank statements, cash reports and insurance policies
- Cash flow: keeping track of settlements and payments, reconciling balances with counterparties, preparing transfers
- Documentation: checking documents for formal correctness, archiving
- Tax support: preparing data for VAT and CIT returns and for financial statements
- Contact: day-to-day cooperation with internal departments and with clients
What we expect
- Student status — accounting, finance, banking, economics or a related field, from the 1st year of studies
- Accuracy, reliability and good work organisation
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
- Flexibility — availability for part-time work
- Basic knowledge of tax regulations and the Polish Accounting Act
- Readiness to take part in weekly status meetings

We gathered our experience at international corporations and took from it what was best — and that is how Multikancelaria Accounting Helpdesk came about.
