OUTSOURCED CFO
We take over financial oversight of your company — planning, controlling and the decisions that normally require a full-time CFO. You work with one person who knows your business as well as if they sat on your own team.
WHO IT IS FOR
An accountant settles what has already happened. A CFO answers for what is about to happen: whether there will be enough for payroll in three months, whether a new contract is worth signing, on what terms to talk to the bank, and where the money is actually leaking.
The service usually makes sense once a company grows faster than its reporting: you are planning a loan or an investment, entering a new market, hiring steadily, or simply no longer fit inside a spreadsheet. A full-time financial director on the Polish market costs tens of thousands of złoty a month — here you pay for the scope you actually need.
An annual budget, a cash-flow forecast and scenarios for the weaker months — in a format your board understands and your bank accepts.
A monthly set of indicators and performance analysis. You know which service earns money and which one the others are subsidising.
Watching receivables, deadlines and payment gridlocks. We react before a shortage of cash becomes a problem.
Preparing documentation, financial models and the arguments you need for credit conversations and investor negotiations.
WHAT IT COSTS
We are paid for an agreed scope rather than a full-time post, which is why the service usually costs up to 70% less than employing a financial director permanently. The scope is set individually: from a few hours a month for reporting alone, to a constant presence on larger projects.
We quote after a consultation in which we get to know the scale of the company and the real scope of what is needed. Clients whose accounting we also run receive an additional discount for combining services.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
An accountant is responsible for correctly settling what has already happened and for compliance with the regulations. A CFO works on the data that comes out of that accounting and answers for decisions about the future: the budget, the profitability of individual services, liquidity and financing. They are two different roles that sit side by side in larger companies.
There is no single threshold. The usual signal is that the owner can no longer answer the question “where do we actually make money” without opening a spreadsheet, or that a decision about a loan, an investment or a new market is coming. At the consultation we say plainly if we think good accounting is still enough at this stage.
The scope is agreed individually — from a few hours a month for management reporting alone, to a constant presence on investment projects. The scope can be changed during the cooperation, in either direction.
No. We also run the service for companies whose books are kept elsewhere; we then need access to the data in the accounting system. Clients who combine both services receive an additional discount.
